Twin City to host 2nd
annual Cotton Blossom Festival
Twin City, Georgia – August 31, 2022 –
The 2nd annual Cotton Blossom Festival will be held on the first Saturday in November, with the festival taking place on Saturday, November 5, 2022. The festival will be held at and around the Twin City Welcome Center from 9AM – 5PM.
The Cotton Blossom Festival will host craft vendors, food trucks, and entertainment for all ages. There are no vendor fees! However, vendors should act quickly – there are a limited number of vendor spots. The vendor form is on the city website at www.twincityga.com under the “Cotton Blossom Festival” page. Please contact City Hall at 478-763-2695 for additional information.
Also, the 2nd annual “Don’t Bale Out!” 5K will be hosted the same day. There will be another announcement once registration is open.

Donaldson stated, “We have been working for months on the preparations to host our annual festival. We are planning for more family fun and entertainment, as well as many unique vendors to start your Christmas shopping early! We are hoping for a beautiful fall day to enjoy fun, family, and fellowship. We hope you will travel to Twin City on November 5th and enjoy a festival that is twice as fun!”
The Twin City Festival Committee is made up of citizens, volunteers, a Twin City business owner, city staff, and an elected official – the committee members are Joann Bell, Donna Scott, Janna Gay Tucker, Huddie Culbreth, Michelle Millsaps, Municipal Court Clerk Jessica Sumner, Recreation Director Brent Freeman, City Clerk Genia Ducker, Police Chief Hank Whiters, and Mayor Matt Donaldson.
